Job summary

Zone IT Solutions is seeking an EUC Engineer to deliver onsite and remote end-user support across Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, deploy and configure devices, and support Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 environments while ensuring high customer service levels.

You will coordinate with third-party vendors, maintain accurate service records, and assist IT projects in line with IT security and operational standards.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of IT/Desktop/EUC Support or similar end-user role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience with Active Directory administration and IT ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Freshservice).
• Hands-on hardware break/fix, printer and peripheral support.
• Familiarity with device imaging/deployment tools (Intune, SCCM/MECM).
• Understanding of ITIL processes and incident management.

• Provide onsite and remote end-user support in Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide.
