Job summary

Future Cloud Technologies is seeking an IT Support Engineer – End User Computing (EUC) in Australia. The role provides hands-on technical support to end users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues and ensuring smooth IT operations.

The successful candidate will resolve Level 1/2 issues, support Windows/Office 365, manage user accounts, and maintain documentation. Immediate joiners are preferred for this full-time role across Brisbane and Toowoomba locations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT support/EUC experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, hardware and peripherals.
• Experience with ticketing/service management tools.
• Basic networking and connectivity troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1/Level 2 IT support to end users.
• Troubleshoot Windows, desktop, laptop, application and peripheral issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IT hardware and software.
• Support Office 365 and common enterprise apps.
• Manage user accounts, passwords, and access issues.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity, printers, VPN, and end-user issues.
• Log and resolve incidents within SLAs; escalate when needed.
• Document incidents and IT assets accurately.

About the Role

We are looking for experienced IT Support Engineers / End User Computing (EUC) Engineers to join our client's team in Australia.

The successful candidate will provide hands-on technical support to end users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1/Level 2 IT support to end users.
• Troubleshoot Windows, desktop, laptop, application, and peripheral issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IT hardware and software.
• Support Microsoft Office 365 and common enterprise applications.
• Manage user accounts, passwords, and access-related issues.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity, printers, VPN, and other end-user issues.
• Log, update, and resolve incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs.
• Escalate complex technical issues to relevant Level 2/Level 3 teams.
• Perform hardware/software installations, upgrades, and replacements.
• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and IT assets.
• Provide professional and customer-focused support to users.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT Support / End User Computing (EUC).
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office 365, hardware, and peripherals.
• Experience with ticketing/service management tools.
• Good understanding of basic networking and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• English proficiency at C1 level.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a technical support team.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
