Job summary

Micromine Limited is seeking a Product Specialist – Mine Planning to ensure high-quality post-sales customer success through software implementations, client training, and technical support. This role will involve troubleshooting issues, collaborating with product teams, and supporting technical sales while contributing to product development.

Qualifications

• Strong customer focus and communication skills to build relationships and ensure client success.
• Solid technical problem-solving ability to troubleshoot issues and verify software bugs.

• Organised with attention to detail for managing support cases and multiple priorities.
• Experience in analysing, designing, implementing, or supporting technical systems.
