Job summary

Micromine, part of Weir Software Solutions, is expanding its enterprise software sales footprint in the mining sector. The role focuses on engaging Tier 1 mining organisations, building trusted executive relationships and closing enterprise-scale software agreements.

You will work with Presales, Product, Marketing and Professional Services to deliver value and drive growth across key accounts worldwide.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in enterprise software, SaaS or technology sales.
• Experience engaging with Tier 1 mining organisations and complex stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans across Tier 1 mining organisations.
• Identify, qualify and close new enterprise software opportunities.
• Present and position Micromine's solutions to senior operational, technical and executive stakeholders.
• Build long-term customer relationships that drive growth, retention and value creation.
• Collaborate with Presales, Product, Marketing and Professional Services teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
• Represent the business at industry conferences, trade events and customer engagements.
• Contribute to revenue growth and market expansion within key global mining accounts.
