Job summary

Caritas Australia is seeking a donor-focused Supporter Services officer to deliver outstanding service across phone, email and mail. You will process donations, issue receipts and maintain supporter records in our CRM with high accuracy.

In a hybrid role based at Mascot, you will support fundraising operations, respond to enquiries, and collaborate across teams to ensure every donor interaction reflects our values and commitment to excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service, supporter care or contact centre environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Accurate data entry with CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
• High level computer literacy and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email and written correspondence.
• Process donations, issue receipts and provide timely follow-up.
• Maintain supporter records and update details as needed in the CRM.
• Provide administrative support to fundraising operations and case management.
