Job summary

Breast Cancer Network Australia is seeking a Donor Engagement and Retention Coordinator to join the Individual Giving team in Melbourne. You will manage donor enquiries, coordinate personalised donor journeys and supporter communications to build loyalty and deepen connection to the mission.

Reporting to the Philanthropy Manager, you will use data insights to improve engagement, work across multiple projects and foster strong donor relationships in a supportive, flexible hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in donor engagement, donor care or supporter engagement.
• Knowledge of donor retention and loyalty strategies.
• Experience coordinating donor communications or journeys.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a service-oriented approach.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Analytical capability to interpret data and identify trends.
