• Experience delivering business and technology initiatives in complex environments.
• Strong analysis and documentation skills.
• Ability to translate concepts for business and technical audiences.
• Experience in Agile or hybrid project delivery environments.

Aufgaben

• Elicit, analyse, document and validate requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders.
• Analyse current and future business processes and identify improvements.
• Support solution design and delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.
• Support backlog refinement, prioritisation and planning in Agile delivery.
• Contribute to testing, traceability and business acceptance testing.
• Build relationships across Revenue NSW and technology teams.
• Support BAU enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide clear communication and updates to stakeholders.
