Job summary

Big Wave Digital is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist near Chatswood, Sydney. This role is hands-on, focusing on performance, growth and MarTech in a fast-growing Australian SaaS company.

You will own paid media campaigns, CRO, CRM data usage, and lifecycle marketing with a strong data-driven approach. We require 4+ years in digital marketing, preferably from an agency, and the ability to turn data into practical actions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of digital or performance marketing experience, preferably in an agency.
• Hands-on in paid media across Google Ads, Meta, and other channels.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to turn data into actions.
• Experience with CRM data, lifecycle marketing and automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch and optimise performance campaigns across Google Ads and Meta.
• Own day-to-day paid media execution, testing and reporting.
• Analyse campaign performance and turn data into actionable insights.
• Develop audiences, segmentation and remarketing strategies.
• Work on landing pages, CRO and email campaigns.
• Track leads from campaign through to conversion and align marketing with sales.
• Maintain tracking, attribution and dashboards; identify automation opportunities.
