Job summary

Bega Group is seeking a Demand Planner to align supply chain with customer demand and to build accurate forecasts. You will work with cross-functional partners to ensure our products are where they need to be, leveraging data-driven insights to influence planning decisions.

The role is hybrid, based in Docklands with in-office days and work-from-home options, joining a team focused on continuous improvement and innovation in the FMCG sector.

Qualifications

• Experience in demand planning or other planning streams advantageous.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Collaborative communicator who can influence stakeholders across teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts by leveraging data, market trends, and business insights.
• Facilitate engaging demand review meetings and contribute to the weekly S&O process.
• Analyse demand drivers and collaborate on actions to optimise forecast accuracy.
• Report and communicate forecast outcomes to key stakeholders, supporting continuous improvement.
• Maintain demand planning systems and proactively address potential issues.
