Job summary

McPherson’s Consumer Products in Sydney CBD is seeking a Supply Planner for a fixed term contract. You will develop and maintain a supply plan, ensuring alignment with demand while minimizing costs, with a hybrid work setup in a modern Sydney head office.

You will collaborate with sales, operations and procurement, analyse forecasts, manage multiple SKUs, and monitor KPIs to identify trends and mitigate risks, ensuring timely delivery of materials and products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in supply planning or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends from data.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with supply chain planning software (SAP or Oracle) preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a supply plan that balances demand and inventory costs.
• Monitor inventory levels and adjust plans to optimize stock.
• Collaborate with sales, operations and procurement for alignment.
• Analyze demand forecasts and historical data to identify trends.
• Manage inventory levels across multiple products and SKUs.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and potential disruptions.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers for timely delivery.
• Monitor KPIs: inventory levels, stockouts and excess inventory.
