Michael Page Australia is partnering with a global FMCG client in Sydney to recruit a Demand Planner. The role focuses on developing and maintaining demand plans to support stock availability and informed supply planning, while coordinating with internal teams and handling customer inquiries.

The successful candidate will have experience in demand planning, forecasting or supply planning, and be proficient with SAP APO or similar systems.

Qualificações

• Experience in demand planning, forecasting or supply planning.
• Strong knowledge of Advanced Planning Systems such as SAP APO.
• Experience managing customer orders and enquiries.
• Ability to review demand information and maintain records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order and supply issues.
• Maintain accurate customer, order and product information.
• Communicate clear order and delivery updates to customers.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain demand plans to support stock availability and supply planning.
• Review demand information and update forecasts to guide procurement and supply chain decisions.
• Monitor customer orders and coordinate order processing to support timely fulfilment.
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide clear updates on orders, products and delivery status.
• Work with internal teams to resolve order issues and maintain accurate customer information.
• Track product demand and order trends to identify planning changes that may affect supply.
• Maintain demand planning and customer service records to support accurate reporting and follow-up.
• Contribute to practical improvements across demand planning, order management and customer service activities.
