Bega Group in Docklands Melbourne is seeking a Demand Planner to align our supply chain with customer demand, building accurate forecasts with data-driven insights and working cross-functionally with sales, marketing and operations.

This hybrid role combines in-office collaboration on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday with work-from-home on Wednesday and Friday, offering an engaging, flexible environment and exposure to iconic Australian brands.

Qualifications

• Experience in demand planning or other planning streams advantageous.
• Transferable skills in planning, organising, and prioritising tasks to meet business goals.
• Collaborative communicator who builds strong relationships across teams and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Able to analyse data and share insights to influence decisions.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts by leveraging data, market trends, and business insights
• Facilitate engaging demand review meetings and contribute to the weekly S&OE process
• Analyse demand drivers and collaborate on actions to optimise forecast accuracy
• Report and communicate forecast outcomes to key stakeholders, supporting continuous improvement
• Maintain demand planning systems and proactively address potential issues
