• Experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting, or Supply Chain Planning.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts using historical sales data, customer insights, promotional plans, and market trends.
• Collaborate with Supply Planning and Operations to balance product availability with inventory investment.
• Provide IBP insights, scenario analysis and recommendations to support business planning and launches.
