Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Demand Planner for ANZ to build a fit-for-purpose demand plan, address gaps and risks, and collaborate across stakeholders. The role reports to the Demand Planning Lead and will be based in a hybrid setup in Melbourne.

You will manage inputs, forecast health, and provide lifecycle inputs for new products, with a focus on improving forecast accuracy and supply chain efficiency.

Qualifications

• Business degree or equivalent.
• 0 Strong analytical and organisational skills.
• 0 Influencing across stakeholders.
• 0 CI delivery to improve demand outcomes.
• 0 Experience with SAP S/4 HANA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage demand inputs from different sources.
• Maintain system health for statistical forecast generation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data-driven decisions.
• Balance stock by monitoring new stores, partners, and demand changes.
• Own demand sensing and update systems with latest information.
• Provide lifecycle input for new products, transitions and deletions.
• Question forecast assumptions and rationale.
• Identify improvement opportunities and forecast solutions.
• Manage Risks and Opportunities and escalate where needed.
• Coordinate handover between S&OP and S&OE.
• Support portfolio management with outputs and insights.
• Generate KPI reports for purchasing and inventory.
• Drive continuous improvement in demand and supply chain processes.
