Job summary

Super Retail Group is seeking hands-on delivery leaders to design the movement of product from supplier to store and DC. Reporting to the Head of Solution Delivery, you will own supplier readiness, data accuracy, and replenishment redesign across the network.

Based in Brisbane (Strathpine) or Sydney (Rhodes) with a hybrid model, you will sequence supplier transitions, set packaging standards, improve ASN/EDI data quality, and collaborate with Buying, Planning and IT to optimise product flow from

Qualifications

• Experience designing DC-based replenishment solutions.
• Onboard suppliers at scale to DC compliance standards.
• Trace purchase orders from creation to DC receipt and store allocation.
• Collaborate with Buying, Planning, IT and suppliers.
• Tertiary qualification in Business or Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Sequence supplier transition waves aligned to DC readiness.
• Set packaging, labeling and booking standards; monitor compliance.
• Redesign supplier-to-store replenishment and DC-based stock policy.
• Update planning parameters with Demand & Supply Planning.
• Lift inbound data quality: ASN/EDI, GS1 labeling, PO data.
• Work with Buying on terms that change when delivering to a DC.
• Train planners and suppliers on new processes.
