Job summary

Super Retail Group is seeking a Solution Delivery Manager to design and deliver cross-dock flows across National and Regional DCs, including pallet and carton cross-dock processes. The role supports live sites with careful planning to avoid impacting store service.

Based in Australia with hybrid work, the successful candidate will partner with IT, Supply Chain and Store Solutions to optimise product flow and implement WMS-driven improvements on the dock.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and delivering cross-dock flows in retail or distribution networks.
• Experience leading live-site DC changes and site ramp-ups.
• WMS process design including requirements, UAT, and cutover.

Responsibilities

• Design pallet and carton cross-dock processes and layouts.
• Roll out cross-dock flows into regional DCs with parallel running and rollback plans.
• Lead operational readiness and ramp-up for the National DC: volume testing, labour ramp and go-live criteria.
• Design WMS cross-dock processes (flow-through receiving, ASN-driven allocation).
• Model labour, dock and staging capacity under volume scenarios and align supplier arrivals.
