Job summary

Super Retail Group is seeking hands-on delivery leaders to design the journey of product through its DC-based supply network. You’ll own supplier readiness, data quality and replenishment redesign from supplier to DC to store, partnering with cross-dock and store solutions teams.

You’ll sequence supplier transition waves, set packaging and labeling standards, improve ASN/EDI data, and train planners and suppliers on new processes.

Qualifications

• DC-based inventory and replenishment design experience.
• Experience onboarding 50+ suppliers.
• Working knowledge of ASN/EDI and GS1 standards.
• Cross-functional delivery without line authority.
• Tertiary qualification in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Sequencing and running supplier transition waves aligned to DC readiness.
• Set supplier packaging, labeling, and booking standards and monitor compliance.
• Redesign replenishment from supplier-to-store to DC-based stock policies.
• Update planning parameters with Demand & Supply Planning.
• Improve inbound data quality: ASN/EDI, GS1 labelling, PO data.
• Collaborate with Buying on terms when delivering to DC.
• Train planners and suppliers on new processes.
