Job summary

Super Retail Group is seeking a Solution Delivery Manager - Supply Enablement (BNE or SYD) for a hybrid role based in Brisbane or Sydney. You’ll lead supplier-to-store moves, aligning DC readiness, data, and replenishment redesign to optimise product flow across our distribution network.

You’ll collaborate with buying, planning and IT to set standards, onboard 50+ suppliers, and improve ASN/EDI and GS1 data quality while delivering on-term changes under governance with the Head of Solution

Qualifications

• Inventory and replenishment design experience in a DC-based retail or distribution network.
• Supplier onboarding and compliance at scale (50+ suppliers).
• Working knowledge of ASN/EDI and GS1 standards.
• Cross-functional delivery across Buying, Planning, IT and suppliers without line authority.
• Tertiary qualification in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering or similar.

Responsibilities

• Sequence and run supplier transition waves aligned to each DC's readiness.
• Set supplier standards for packaging, labeling and booking compliance; measure and address non-compliance.
• Redesign replenishment from supplier-to-store to DC-based stock policy, order cycles, and store allocation.
• Update planning parameters with Demand & Supply Planning.
• Improve inbound data quality: ASN/EDI, GS1 labelling (SSCC, GTIN) and PO data.
• Negotiate terms with Buying when suppliers deliver to DC rather than stores.
• Train planners and suppliers on new processes and portal adoption.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Solution Delivery, you'll own the move from supplier-to-store to DC-based supply: getting suppliers ready, getting the data right, and redesigning how stores are replenished.

You’ll work alongside our Solution Delivery Manager – Cross Dock & Network to agree on inbound standards and which suppliers and SKUs flow pallet, carton or stock-holding. In addition, you’ll partner with our Solution Delivery Manager – Store Solutions to optimise product flow from supplier to shelf.

Your key responsibilties include:

• Sequencing and running supplier transition waves, matched to each DC's readiness
• Setting supplier standards for packaging, labelling and booking compliance, then measuring compliance and managing persistent non-compliance
• Redesigning replenishment from supplier-to-store to DC-based: DC stock policy, safety stock, order cycles and store allocation
• Updating planning parameters (lead times, order multiples, review periods) with Demand & Supply Planning
• Lifting inbound data quality: ASN/EDI, GS1 labelling (SSCC, GTIN) and purchase order data
• Working with Buying on terms that change when suppliers deliver to a DC instead of stores (freight, pricing basis, allowances)
• Training planners and suppliers on new processes, including supplier briefings and portal adoption

Enjoy the flexibility of being based in either Brisbane (Strathpine) or Sydney (Rhodes), with a hybrid work model that combines collaboration onsite at least three days per week.

About You

This is a delivery role, not an advisory one. Program governance and executive reporting sit with the Head of Solution Delivery, so your time goes into suppliers, planners and the data that connects them.

You know replenishment from the inside: you can explain how safety stock changes when a DC sits between supplier and store, and you've made that service-versus-inventory trade-off for real. You've onboarded suppliers at scale to DC compliance standards, improved ASN accuracy across a supplier base, and you can trace a purchase order from creation to DC receipt and store allocation. You're credible with Buying and Planning, and you've settled disagreements between them and supply chain.

You'll bring:
