Job summary

Super Retail Group is seeking a DC Design & Solutions Manager to shape our distribution and fulfilment networks from Brisbane or Sydney. You will lead the design of DC and fulfilment solutions, including greenfield developments, facility redesigns, automation, and process improvements.

Reporting to the GM Network Strategy & Solutions, you will deliver practical, scalable solutions that enhance safety, capacity, productivity and customer outcomes across our network, partnering with operations,

Qualifications

• Experience in distribution centre, fulfilment and logistics solution design.
• Proven ability to design efficient layouts and optimise processes.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into practical data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Modelling, analysis & business case development for solution design.
• Design fulfilment and DC solutions to maximise safety and flow capacity.
• Delivery support and implementation of designed solutions with partners.
• Identify opportunities for standardisation across layouts, methods and tools.
