Macquarie Group seeks a hands-on data governance professional to support the Group Data Office in adopting and overseeing data lifecycle governance, quality management, and AI governance. The role focuses on delivering best-practice solutions to categorise, document and govern data while collaborating with stakeholders across Corporate Operations Group.

You will manage end-to-end delivery, drive change initiatives, and build strong cross-team relationships to improve data handling and risk

Qualifications

• 2 to 7 years experience in data management, records management or data quality, ideally within financial services
• Ability to analyse data technically, develop and produce reports with meaningful insights, supported by excellent communication skills
• Self-sufficient, taking accountability for end-to-end delivery, managing multiple priorities
• Ability to work collaboratively within and across teams, as well as provide leadership guidance and advice to the team
• Experience in managing and delivering change initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Support the division as we adopt, implement, and oversee effective data lifecycle governance and management practices.
• Design and deliver best practice solutions to categorise, document, understand, manage and govern data throughout its lifecycle, in alignment with Frameworks’ minimum requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the division and expand knowledge of business processes across the enterprise.
