Job summary

CSIRO is seeking a Program Coordinator to support the Data Modernisation Program, helping govern, plan and report across a large digital transformation. You will work with project teams, IMT delivery and business stakeholders to enable data governance, access and use.

You will coordinate governance activities, track milestones and prepare reporting packs, while maintaining records across CSIRO systems. This role offers a flexible hybrid arrangement and a specified-term contract to June 2028.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating programs or PMO work in large organisations.
• Ability to support governance, reporting and program controls (schedules, RAID, meetings).
• Strong written and verbal communication with audiences of varying seniority.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program governance activities, including agendas, papers, minutes, decisions and action tracking.
• Support program planning and controls by tracking milestones, dependencies, risks and issues.
• Prepare clear program reporting and documentation to support decision-making.
• Maintain accurate program information, records and registers, including lessons registers.
• Support financial reporting, benefits tracking and assurance activities.
• Build effective working relationships with project teams and stakeholders.
• Coordinate discrete pieces of work and small initiatives in CSIRO practices.
• Maintain program records across CSIRO systems such as O2D and Altus.
