Responsibilities

• Answer calls and emails from the service line and create job requests.
• Create and allocate service jobs in Salesforce to field technicians.
• Close out tasks daily and capture relevant information.
• Report on service calls and contract status; monitor call systems.
• Update customer databases and communicate job status to customers.
