Job summary

Aristocrat is seeking a Customer Support Representative to handle calls and emails, create and allocate service jobs through Salesforce, and monitor field service activities nationwide. The role includes updating customer data, producing key metric reports, and ensuring timely status updates to customers.

This position offers a flexible hybrid arrangement with three days in the Greystanes office and two days from home, aligned with a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role.
• Call centre experience is highly regarded.
• Strong ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Salesforce is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to calls and emails from our service line and create service requests efficiently.
• Create and allocate service jobs through Salesforce to field technicians.
• Close out tasks and finished jobs daily with complete information.
• Reporting and monitoring of service calls and contracts.
• Update customer database with accurate information.
• Follow up and report job status to customers as required.
