Job summary

Aristocrat is seeking a Customer Support Representative to respond to calls and emails, create and allocate service jobs via Salesforce, and monitor field service activities across the nation. You’ll provide updates, generate key metric reports for customers, and ensure accurate data in our systems.

The role supports a hybrid work model with 3 days in our Greystanes office and 2 days from home, offering flexible scheduling and a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role.
• Call centre experience will be highly regarded.
• An ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• A good understanding of Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using Salesforce would be highly regarded but not a must.
• The ability to think on your feet and learn quickly.
• You are a team player and love to work in a collaborative fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to emails from our service line and create subsequent job requests efficiently
• Create and allocate all service jobs through Salesforce to the relevant field technician
• Close off all tasks and finished jobs on a daily basis and ensure any relevant information is captured
• Reporting and monitoring of service calls, open call reports, and contract reports
• Update customer database to maintain accurate information
• Follow up and report job status to the customer as required
