Responsibilities

• Provide responsive customer service across multiple channels, including phone, live chat and digital enquiries, while accurately processing customer requests and transactions.
• Build capability across Electronic Document Management (EDM), Fleet Management and Travel Services, with progressive cross-training supporting a flexible, multi-skilled service delivery model.
• Use multiple systems, procedures and knowledge resources to manage competing priorities, resolve enquiries and deliver accurate and timely outcomes for customers.
