Job summary

Etex is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive growth for the INNOVA range, building strong relationships with builders, architects, designers and contractors while expanding market demand.

Reporting to the State Sales Manager, you will manage key accounts, identify opportunities, coordinate tenders and RFQs, and maintain accurate CRM records to support revenue targets in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales within building/construction industry.
• Proven growth track record.
• Experience with builders/architects/specifiers.
• Knowledge of construction materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage key customer relationships.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Drive product specification and project opportunities.
• Manage tenders, RFQs, quotations, and sales enquiries.
• Maintain CRM records and sales pipelines.
• Create project-specific strategies for commercial outcomes.
• Promote INNOVA brand across construction and design industry.
