Job summary

Smash Brand Group, an Australian media and marketing agency, seeks an Account Director to own key client relationships, build the Client Services Team at the Sydney HQ, and report to the General Manager. This senior, hands-on role requires strong media planning and buyer experience, with leadership to guide a growing team.

You will deliver integrated campaigns across ATL and digital media, drive client growth, and coordinate Growth Acceleration services to achieve client goals and drive agency

Qualifications

• Over six years in media planning and buying with ownership of major client accounts.
• Experience leading and coaching teams with hands-on leadership.
• Strong client-facing presentation skills to business owners and senior marketers.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of key client accounts as senior day-to-day contact.
• Develop winning media strategies across TV, radio, OOH, print and digital.
• Lead and grow the Client Services team and contribute to senior leadership discussions.
• Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and on budget with clear reporting.
• Support renewal, scope and pricing conversations with transparency.
