Job summary

Synergie Australia is seeking a Claims Service Consultant for a trusted client located in Sydney. The role involves managing end-to-end property and light motor claims, liaising with clients and brokers, and ensuring timely resolutions within a fast-paced environment.

You will review and process claims, maintain records for compliance, and contribute to continuous improvement of claims processes. Hybrid work options are available with an immediate start in Sydney.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of end-to-end claims experience across property and motor lines.
• Experience with commercial/property or light motor claims is highly regarded.
• ANZIIF qualifications at Certificate IV level or above are advantageous; study support is provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end claims across property and light motor lines, from lodgement through to recovery.
• Assess quantum, manage investigations, and maintain a caseload of approximately 60 to 100 active claims.
• Liaise directly with clients, brokers, and underwriters to deliver clear and timely claims outcomes.
• Engage with field visits and broker meetings as part of a hands-on service model.
• Contribute to process improvement and support the broader claims team during peak periods including cat season.
