Pearl Home Care Pty is seeking a warm, empathetic Care Coordinator to join our friendly, growing team in Sydney. You’ll be a reliable point of contact for clients, families and support workers, coordinating care services and rosters to ensure clients receive the support they need.

You will listen to clients, keep care plans up to date, and collaborate with a team to resolve scheduling issues. Hybrid work arrangements apply after an initial period, with some days in the office and some from home.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Background may include supporting clients, coordinating services, managing rosters or helping a busy team run smoothly.
