Full time
At Pearl, we know that a little care can make a big difference. A friendly voice, someone who takes the time to listen, or the reassurance that help is on its way can mean so much to a client and their family.
We’re looking for a warm, empathetic and organised Care Coordinator to join our friendly, growing team.
Who you are matters to us
We value people who care about others—people who are approachable, dependable and willing to go the extra step to help someone feel supported.
You’ll need experience in a similar role, but you don’t need to have worked as a Care Coordinator before. Your background might include supporting clients, coordinating services, managing rosters or helping a busy team run smoothly.
You bring your experience, kindness and willingness to learn, and we’ll help you build on them. We’ll guide you through the role, help you learn our systems and support you as you find your feet. You won’t be expected to know everything on day one.
You’ll join a friendly team that values flexibility, supports one another and welcomes questions and ideas. Pearl is growing rapidly, bringing plenty of opportunities to learn, contribute and grow alongside the business.
We also believe flexibility matters. After your first 6 months, once you’re confident in the role, our systems and the way we work, this position will move into a hybrid working arrangement — with a few days each week in the office and a few days working from home.
Those first six months are about giving you the support, guidance and face-to-face time you need to really settle in, build relationships with the team and feel confident in the role before transitioning into a more flexible way of working.
Most of all, you’ll do work that genuinely matters to the people who rely on us every day.
We’d love to meet you
Tell us about your experience and what draws you to supporting others—we’d love to get to know the person behind the application.
