Care Connect is seeking a Service Coordinator in our Support at Home team in Bella Vista, NSW. This full-time, maximum-term role provides high-quality administrative support and coordinates care services to ensure timely, effective outcomes for clients.

You will be the first point of contact for clients, helping them access services and navigate care options, while coordinating with client advisors and service providers to deliver exceptional service and tailored solutions.

Formación

• Experience in customer service, administration, or coordination.
• Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; comfortable learning new systems.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first point of contact for clients, helping them access services and navigate care options.
• Promote the Care Connect proposition by coordinating between clients, client advisors, and service providers.
• Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every interaction is handled with care and professionalism.
• Build strong client relationships, tailoring solutions to meet individual needs.
• Collaborate with care managers and service providers to achieve the best possible outcomes.
