Job summary

Spinifex Recruiting is seeking 3 experienced Customer Service/Call Centre Operators to join a busy contact centre team supporting the TrainLink Travel & Recreation business line based in Parramatta. You will handle customer enquiries with a focus on high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers comprehensive training with ongoing support, and hybrid working arrangements may be available after training and competency assessments, subject to business requirements.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in call centre, administration, retail or similar.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous office-based experience; government experience is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with enquiries while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
• Support teammates and operate in a busy contact centre setting; follow training and competency assessments.
