Job summary

RGIT Australia is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support (BSP) Practitioner to join our Western Sydney multidisciplinary team. You will develop, implement, and review BSPs; provide training to families and carers; and advocate for participants within the NDIS framework.

This full-time permanent role offers true flexibility with a mix of community-based work, Penrith/Blacktown clinics, and work-from-home days, plus clinical supervision, CPD and a supportive, growth-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months of experience as a BehaviourSupport Practitioner.
• Current registration with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission: Core or Proficient.
• Committed to empowering participants and using evidence-based strategies.
• Strong verbal and written communication with report-writing skills.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and WWCC; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and review BSPs.
• Provide clinical training and support to families and carers.
• Write comprehensive clinical reports to advocate for participants’ funding and needs within NDIS.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and external stakeholders.
