Job summary

Optimum Health Solutions is seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our growing multidisciplinary team across Penrith or Blue Mountains. You will conduct assessments, develop Behaviour Support Plans and deliver evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support interventions to diverse clients in clinic, home, school and community settings.

Qualifications

Current NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner registration (proficient level or above).
Experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner.
Strong understanding of Positive Behaviour Support frameworks.
Experience conducting assessments and developing Behaviour Support Plans.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a multidisciplinary team.
A calm, patient and solution-focused approach.
A genuine passion for supporting people with disability and their families.
