Job summary

GMT Psychology on the Sunshine Coast invites a motivated Behaviour Support Practitioner (Entry Level/Core/Proficient) to join a supportive team delivering behaviour support to NDIS participants across our region.

You will collaborate with families and stakeholders, work independently in a flexible hybrid model, and access mentoring from an experienced psychologist while progressing in BSP career.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology is required.
• Relevant work or lived experience aligned to behaviour support is preferred.
• Strong applied knowledge with ability to manage complexity.
• High emotional intelligence and emerging leadership capability.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Current unrestricted driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to obtain or hold National Police Check, Working With Children Check (Blue Card – QLD), NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver behaviour support services to NDIS participants.
