Qualifications

• Current NDIS registration as a Behaviour Support Practitioner.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent clinically relevant qualification.
• Experience with people with disabilities and knowledge of the NDIS.
• Current driver's license and use of own vehicle.
• Strong problem solving and growth mindset.
• Notable interpersonal and emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Develop BSPs and capacity-building to enrich quality of life.
• Work with participants and support networks to provide clinical support.
• Conduct clinical assessments and data collection to inform practice.
• Identify strategies based on Positive Behaviour Support and evidence-based principles.
• Engage in proactive support and planning with clients.
• Collaborate with the support team to implement and review plans.
• Maintain documentation and participate in supervision and professional development.
