Frontier Touring is seeking a highly motivated Avails Coordinator in Australia to join our team. The role coordinates booking requests from Tour Directors across venues nationwide, requiring attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in an admin-based role in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build internal and external relationships and manage stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
• Able to thrive with changing priorities and ambiguity.
• Experience with scheduling, venue data, and contract coordination.

Responsabilités

• Obtain venue avails from venues across Australia and New Zealand for Frontier Tour Directors (Promoters).
• Manage date holds and pencils on behalf of Frontier Tour Directors (Promoters).
• Assist with routing in conjunction with Tour Ops and Tour Directors (Promoters).
• Contract venues and liaise with legal to share and prepare contracting information.
• Communicate final tour itineraries and updates to relevant internal staff.
• Collate venue hire information, production specs and floor plans.
• Update the internal venue database and ensure information is accurate for all staff to reference.
• Maintain venue avails files and electronic records on Microsoft SharePoint.
• Support the Tour Operations and Ticketing teams with ad hoc administrative tasks.
