Job summary

PVH is seeking an Application Support Analyst to deliver strategic support for retail and planning applications from our Sydney office. You will partner with local and global stakeholders to enable technology solutions, drive process improvements and support major transformation programs.

Based at our Sydney Head Office with a hybrid working arrangement, you will contribute to analysis, design reviews, testing and project delivery, aligning IT tools with business needs across brands including

Qualifications

3+ years in a 2nd line BA or similar role.
Experience with process mapping and requirements analysis.
Experience with integration tools and data reporting.

Responsibilities

Deliver business transformation programs within scope, budget and timelines.
Support requirements gathering, capability design reviews, gap analysis and future-state processes.
Facilitate validation, UAT, training and business readiness for users.
Promote IT tools and methodologies and identify improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on project scopes and plans.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver system projects.
Manage changes to scope, schedules and costs with governance.
