Job summary

PVH is seeking a Senior Application Support/Business Analyst to drive strategic IT initiatives from Sydney HQ. You will partner with global teams to deliver technology solutions, oversee UAT, training, and process design, while maintaining a pragmatic approach to project governance and delivery.

You will contribute to cross-functional programs across APAC and ensure alignment with business needs, data governance and reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Level 2 Business Analyst or similar.
• Experience with business process improvement, application design and integration.
• Experience with Aptos, SAP ERP, Adobe Commerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, PIM, OMS, reporting systems, planning solutions, allocation tools and integration tools is highly regarded.
• Experience in apparel, fashion, eCommerce and omni-channel environments.
• Strong APIs, SQL and application architecture knowledge.
• Knowledge of corporate applications, integration/reporting technologies, data architecture, MDM and governance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence both technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver business transformation programs within scope, budget and timelines.
• Support business analysis activities: requirements gathering, capability design reviews, gap analysis and future-state process design.
• Coordinate data validation, UAT, business readiness, and technical training for users.
• Promote IT tools and identify opportunities for new functionality and improvements.
• Collaborate with local and international stakeholders on project scopes, objectives and plans.
• Coordinate internal teams and vendors to deliver strategic system projects.
• Manage scope, schedules and costs using governance and verification techniques.
• Provide application and technical support for support desk requests and escalated issues.
