Job summary

You will work with Tungsten AP Essentials and the Oracle financial system, handle petty cash/journals, and contribute to a responsive customer service line for internal and external clients. Flexible on-site days are available.

Responsibilities

• Process invoice transactions in accordance with organisational and financial policies.

• Investigate and resolve processing problems.
• Handle mail and supporting admin functions.
• Process expenses, petty cash, and journals.
• Manage AP enquiries from internal and external customers.
• Communicate with suppliers re best practices.
• Collaborate with team to ensure accurate and timely payments.
