Job summary

Adecco Australia Group is seeking a HVAC counter sales professional to join the Clayton team to assist customers, process orders and respond to product enquiries. You will be flexible across warehouse, delivery and customer-facing duties, contributing to a smooth operation and strong sales performance.

Ideal candidates will have HVAC industry experience, proven sales ability, excellent communication skills and a hands-on, team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional service to customers at the trade counter, by phone, and via email.
• Process customer orders accurately and ensure sourcing, fulfilment, and delivery in a timely manner.
• Identify opportunities to promote products, upsell, and maximise sales while meeting customer needs.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through responsive service and product knowledge.
• Manage customer expectations regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery in consultation with the Branch Manager.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and contribute to a positive customer experience at all times.
• Assist in both the warehouse and with deliveries as the need arises.
