• Process customer orders accurately and ensure sourcing, fulfilment, and delivery in a timely manner.
• Identify opportunities to promote products, upsell, and maximise sales while meeting customer needs.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through responsive service and product knowledge.
• Manage customer expectations regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery in consultation with the Branch Manager.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and contribute to a positive customer experience at all times.
• Assist in both the warehouse and with deliveries as the need arises.

Responsibilities
