Pronto Staffing Solutions – Sydney CBD NSW

Our client is a well-established service provider specialising in HVAC systems across Sydney. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a skilled Refrigeration / HVAC Technician to join their team working on CBD sites.

This role is a mix of upgrades, installs, maintenance and service, but focuses on maintenance and service. Ideal for mid level to highly experienced techs. But if you're junior and really good, feel free to apply!

HVAC Service Technician

Sydney | Full-Time
$55-65/hr + Super + Company Vehicle

What You’ll Be Doing

• Install, service, fault finding, and repair of HVAC Systems
• Carry out install work as required
• Perform service work as well as scheduled preventative maintenance across an established commercial client base
• Complete minor rectification works and component replacements as required (not installation-focused)
• Maintain a clean, organised company vehicle and tools, representing the business professionally
• Provide high-quality customer service, communicating clearly with clients and maintaining professional work practices on-site

What You’ll Bring

• Strong service and maintenance experience and pride in your workmanship
• Confidence working in commercial environments and communicating with customers
• Ability to estimate time and materials required for repairs
• A professional attitude — you take care of your tools, communicate clearly, and enjoy delivering quality work

Required Licences & Qualifications

• Certificate III in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
• Refrigerant Handling Licence (ARCtick)
• NSW Restricted Electrical Licence
• White Card
• Current NSW Driver’s Licence
