Modus Projects is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician for preventative and reactive maintenance across multiple sites in Western Australia. The role involves daily travel between locations, after-hours roster inclusion, and collaboration with a team of technicians and project managers.

The ideal candidate will have formal HVAC qualifications, a current ARCtick license, and a background in commercial systems. A valid driver’s license is essential, with a focus on safety and customer service.

Qualificações

• Formal HVAC/refrigeration qualification is required.
• Current ARCtick license for fluorocarbon refrigerants is required.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Proven experience in commercial HVAC systems is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Travel between diverse job sites daily (Perth Metro and Bunbury).
• Carry out breakdowns, servicing and preventative & reactive maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Install HVAC/refrigeration equipment as needed with installation support.
• Collaborate with technicians, contractors and project managers to complete projects efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and provide excellent customer service.
• Keep accurate records of work performed including reports and service documentation.

About the Role

As part of our national expansion, we are looking for an experienced and reliable HVAC Technicians to join our team on a full-time basis in various locations.

This role will also be required to do overtime when required and be part of an after-hours Roster to meet our client needs.

Locations we are recruiting for:

• Perth Metro
• Bunbury

You will be responsible for:

• You will travel between various job sites daily, including Retail and Petroleum locations.
• Carry out breakdowns, servicing, preventative & reactive maintenance and installation on HVAC and refrigeration equipment
• Our dedicated head office team will manage your schedule, and you will have support from your own coordinator.
• Collaborate with other technicians, contractors, and project managers to complete HVAC projects efficiently and effectively.
• Ensure all work complies with local codes, regulations and safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members and maintain clear communication with clients to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Keep accurate and detailed records of work performed, including reports and service documentation.

Key Requirements:

• Formal qualifications in HVAC or refrigeration, such as a Certificate III or IV in Airconditioning & Refrigeration
• Current ARCtick National license for fluorocarbon refrigerants
• Valid driver's license
• Proven experience as an HVAC technician, preferably a background in commercial HVAC systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A national police check and medical assessment will be part of the recruitment process
