A leading national contractor is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to work on landmark HVAC projects across Australia. The role requires designing HVAC systems and maintaining compliance with Australian Standards. Ideal candidates have 4-7 years' experience and a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Qualifications

• 4-7 years' experience in mechanical services engineering (commercial or industrial projects).
• Proven experience in design, documentation, engineering change management, and commissioning.
• Ideally, exposure to data centre or consultant-led projects.

Responsibilities

• Designing HVAC systems, including heat loads, duct/pipe sizing, and equipment selection.
• Reviewing and developing design documentation and workshop drawings.
• Managing commissioning plans and providing on-site inspections and technical reports.
• Ensuring compliance with Australian Standards, NCC, and HSEQ requirements.
• Collaborating with project managers, design teams, and stakeholders to achieve project milestones.
