Job summary

Lead Group in Sydney seeks a Site Manager to oversee multiple commercial HVAC fit-out projects across Sydney. You will manage on-site delivery, coordinate subcontractors and trades, and keep projects on programme.

Ideal candidates come from Leading Hand, HVAC Installer, Site Supervisor, or Site Manager roles, with hands-on experience and a track record of delivering on time and to spec. Strong communication and organisation are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HVAC installation background with progression towards site management.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and trades on large fit-out projects.
• Strong communication and organisational skills with problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 5–6 commercial HVAC fit-out projects at once.
• Manage on-site delivery of HVAC installation works across Sydney sites.
• Coordinate subcontractors and other trades to maintain programme.
• Organise additional subcontractors and labour as required.
• Provide updates to the Project Manager on progress, labour, and site needs.
• Remain hands-on during quieter periods to assist with installations.
