Job summary

Seeley International, based in Australia, seeks a Service and Warranty Manager to lead the SA and NT service and warranty portfolio. The role oversees a four-person in-house team, manages an authorised service agent network, and drives service excellence from first call to final repair.

You will travel across the region from the Lonsdale/Reynella head office, maintain warranty performance, train agents, and provide field feedback to support technical and quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Previous service or field service management experience in refrigeration, electrical, gas or HVAC.
• Commercial awareness with opportunities to grow service revenue and performance across the region.
• Understanding of HVAC trends and competitor activity.

Responsibilities

• Manage warranty and service activity for SA and NT region, including Seeley Service Australia operations.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of four service technicians with regular performance check-ins.
• Oversee authorised service agent network coverage, response times and repair performance.
• Maintain safe procedures, complete risk assessments and report non-compliance.
• Resolve customer complaints in line with warranty terms and Australian Consumer Law.
• Deliver installation and service training to installers, service agents and technicians.
• Coordinate spare parts with stock planning to meet peak demand.
• Improve service administration policies, escalation pathways and processes.
• Provide in-field product feedback to National Service Manager, Technical Support, Engineering and Quality.
