Job summary

Air Comfort Services Pty Ltd in Adelaide seeks a Service Manager – CBD & South to lead the delivery of commercial HVAC service, maintenance, breakdown and repair across the CBD and southern metropolitan area. Not desk-bound; spend time in the field with technicians and customers.

You will manage safety, quality, team development and profitability, while guiding technicians and apprentices, coordinating with the Service Coordinator, and building strong customer partnerships.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years’ experience in HVAC service or maintenance.
• At least two years’ experience in a supervisory or management position.
• Trade qualification in refrigeration & air conditioning required.
• Experience using service management systems (e.g., simPRO) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Service Technicians and Apprentices in the field.
• Ensure safe, efficient, and profitable delivery of service work.
• Coordinate with the Service Coordinator on scheduling and dispatch.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide technical guidance.
