Job summary

Pacific Coast HVAC Pty Ltd – Noosaville QLD is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to lead field-based service, maintenance and repair work on commercial and residential systems on the Sunshine Coast.

Initially hands-on, you will build client relationships, identify maintenance opportunities and help grow the service division toward a leadership role as the business expands; a fully maintained vehicle is provided and a clear career progression path.

Qualifications

• Several years' experience in HVAC service and maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and manage your workload.
• Current driver's licence.
• Proactive attitude and interest in helping grow the division.

Responsibilities

• Preventative maintenance of commercial & residential HVAC systems.
• Service, Diagnosing and repairing air conditioning equipment.
• Building strong relationships with customers.
• Identifying opportunities for maintenance agreements and ongoing service work.
• Supporting the growth and development of the service department.
