Job summary

DualTech Group is hiring two HVAC Service Technicians to join our Sydney team. You will deliver high-quality commercial and domestic HVAC work with autonomy and support to complete jobs properly.

Daily tasks include installing systems on commercial and residential projects, servicing, fault-finding and repairing HVAC equipment, and providing clear quotes. Applicants must have Australian working rights and at least four years of HVAC experience.

Qualifications

• Australian working rights or permanent residency essential.
• Min. 4 years HVAC service and installation experience.
• White Card and valid driver's licence essential.
• Commercial HVAC experience highly regarded.
• Strong fault-finding ability and attention to detail.

DualTech Group is seeking 2 experienced HVAC Service Technicians to join our growing team!

(Please note that full Australian citizenship & HVAC experience are essential.)

$45–$55 per hour (experience-based) paid weekly

Fully stocked company vehicle, fuel card, and e-tag

Strong admin and scheduling support

Ongoing training and support with further certifications

Clear pathway into senior or leadership roles

About the role

As a HVAC Service Technician, you'll deliver high-quality commercial and domestic HVAC work, with the autonomy to do your job properly and the backing to get it done right.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

installing HVAC systems across commercial and domestic projects

servicing, fault-finding, and repairing HVAC systems

diagnosing issues and quoting solutions you stand behind

managing jobs autonomously with strong scheduling support

working across a variety of sites and equipment

communicating clearly with clients and the office team

preventative maintenance across long-term client accounts.

The must-haves

Australian working rights or permanent residency essential

Min. 4 years HVAC service and installation experience

White Card and current driver's licence essential

Commercial HVAC experience highly regarded

Strong fault-finding ability and attention to detail.
